I was shocked to find a small bathroom where the enormous windows couldn't be opened, leading to no ventilation. My air conditioning was basically a hoax-didn't seem to cool down at all. And, honestly, where was my complimentary welcome gift? I nearly gave a good review but just couldn't!

Everything was excellent, the parking was on-site, the room was well decorated and modern. The staff was affable, really good, no complaint. The restaurant here was really nice for dinner, we both ordered warm dishes. Its decor was comfortable...
No issues here.

Small bathroom with two enormous windows that can't be opened, leading to a lack of ventilation. The shower leaked, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the heat down, reaching uncomfortable temperatures of 27-28°C.

Stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave there, I can't wait to go back. Stayed in a double room which was perfect for me. The location was beautiful and incredible, really close to the restaurant and easily accessible. I randomly popped in Laboratorio Gelateria Franca serving some pastries, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, it was nice.

The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. Super comfy with a private bathroom, lovely towels and nice body soap. Breakfast was great, and there was a cozy spot to enjoy it. The vibes were perfect at the restaurant with fine mountain views. Spa facilities were excellent too.
